During my recent gourmet getaway at Sole, I was pleased to experience both the hospitality of the staff and the hotel's remarkable culinary offerings. The room I occupied was not only spacious but also impeccably clean-an essential element for any traveler. The bathroom, similarly well-maintained, featured impressive water pressure, which is always a welcome treat. While my stay was brief, it was notably enhanced by the culinary innovation at the on-site bar, Pasticceria Caffetteria Desiderio. Their breakfast, creatively adapted to current health protocols, exemplified the balance between safety and indulgence, setting a delightful tone for the day. The hotel's location is conveniently situated within walking distance of various local gems such as Cactus Food & Cocktail and Gelateria OASI, making it ideal for those looking to explore. My only regret is that I was unable to linger longer to further experience Sole's excellent dining. For fellow food enthusiasts, this charming hotel not only offers comfortable accommodations but also perfectly complements a culinary adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend it for an immersive escape into excellent flavors and tranquil surroundings.
